Meet Derek

With over 15 years of experience as a mortgage loan processor and underwriter, Derek has developed a deep knowledge of the mortgage industry. He now leverages that knowledge to help his clients obtain the right loan to meet their financial and home ownership goals.

Derek is from Jefferson City, where his baseball experience at Jefferson City High School led to playing on a college scholarship. He attended Maple Woods Community College and University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he obtained a degree in business finance. After moving back to central Missouri, he met his beautiful wife Stephanie and two stepdaughters Vivian & Stella.

In his free time, Derek enjoys being with his family and watching his favorite sports teams. He also enjoys working in his vegetable garden, helping on his family’s farm, and supporting his stepdaughters at their dance competitions.
