The health and well-being of our employees, customers and communities is always a top priority for us. As such, we are closely monitoring this developing situation and are following updates from the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Your banking services

At this time, we do not expect changes to the availability of the bank’s branches and phone support.

We will follow the guidance provided by the CDC along with local government officials and will update you on any changes to our daily operations.

Should there be any changes or temporary closings, we will place an alert on the homepage of our website. You can also check the hours for your local bank by visiting our branch locator and selecting your location. We encourage you to continue engaging with us through our website, social media channels and our information center.

How we’re protecting you

We’ve enhanced thorough cleaning practices in our locations and on our ATM/ ITM machines in an effort to support a healthy banking experience. We are encouraging our employees and customers to follow the personal hygiene recommendations provided by the CDC.

It’s unfortunate, but we do ask that you be aware of scams, as always. There are already reports of scammers taking advantage of this situation. Remember, do not give out your online banking login, debit card number or Social Security number. When in doubt, hang up and dial us at 888-547-6541. That way you can feel confident you are talking to The Bank of Missouri.

Accessing your account

This is a good time to look at the ways you can access your account outside of the bank. We highly recommend you enroll in online banking and download our mobile app if you have not done so. With online banking, you can check account balances, pay bills, transfer money and more. In our mobile banking app, you can do all that plus deposit checks.
