Important Updates to Your Banking Products and Services
Begin using your new Bank of Missouri Debit Card Monday, February 12.
To activate your card, use it with your new PIN at any Martinsburg Bank and Trust/Bank of Missouri ATM, make a purchase using your PIN, or visit Online Banking. You can change your PIN by visiting one of our locations during lobby hours or by visiting any Bank of Missouri ATM.
If you have recurring payments tied to your debit card, rather than your checking account, remember to update your card details with your payees.
Your new Bank of Missouri MasterCard® Debit/ATM Card and PIN have been mailed to you. If you have not received them, please contact us at 888-547-6541.
Your final Martinsburg Bank and Trust statement will contain account activity through February 9. If you currently receive paper statements, it will be mailed to you. If you currently receive electronic statements, log in to https://martinsburgbank.securedocview.net by June 30 to download and save your statement.
Online Banking users can receive statements faster and save on paper clutter with electronic statements. To sign up, log in to Online Banking and visit the E-Documents tab.
If you currently receive electronic statements at Martinsburg Bank and Trust, you will need to re-enroll in order to continue receiving them. Once you are set-up in The Bank of Missouri’s Online Banking system, visit the E-Documents tab to enroll your account(s).
Your new Bank of Missouri statements will be mailed to you unless you sign up for electronic statements.

You will find the login box on the homepage, and it can also be opened from any other page on this site. If you are banking from a smartphone, be sure to download our mobile app for the easiest experience on your phone. You can also log in from your phone's browser.
To log in the first time, enter your current user name and password in the log in area on this site or in the mobile banking app. You may be prompted to change your password to meet The Bank of Missouri's password strength requirements.

Online Bill Payments
Your payees and payment history will carry over to The Bank of Missouri. You will also notice our BillPay service is very similar to the one you are already using.
If you are currently using automatic transfers between two Martinsburg accounts, please log in and confirm they remain in place. Most transfers will carry over, but some will need to be set up again. Recurring payments you have set up will also carry over. We recommend you confirm they are correct.

You can use The Bank of Missouri's AnyTime Access Telephone Banking for automated account information and management by calling 1-888-627-6799. If you used telephone banking at Martinsburg Bank and Trust, the system will prompt you for your account number and PIN as normal. If you're new to AnyTime Access, your PIN will be your full SSN, which you will change to a four-digit PIN after logging in.
Checking and Savings Accounts
Your accounts are Bank of Missouri accounts, effective February 12, 2018. The Welcome Kit we mailed you shares your new account product names and details. Unless you have been notified otherwise, your account numbers remain the same. Learn more about Bank of Missouri checking accounts >>
Remember, you can use your existing checks. If you purchase checks outside of the bank, the next time you order, you will need to give them the new bank routing number (081903867).
Bounce Protection is automatically turned on for checks written from your account(s). If you would like to enroll in Bounce Protection for debit card and ATM transactions or would like to opt out of Bounce Protection for checks, please contact us. Learn more about Bounce Protection >>
If you have direct deposits of payroll or social security payments, they will continue to be deposited into your Bank of Missouri account. You may be asked by the direct deposit originator to provide the new bank routing number (081903867).
Certificates of Deposit (CD)
Your existing CDs will keep your current interest rates. At maturity, you will receive a notice with the new terms and rates. See current Bank of Missouri rates >>
If you have a Martinsburg Bank and Trust credit card, you can continue using it with no change.
IRA accounts will not change. However from February 12, forward, deposits will only be allowed into the 18-month variable IRA product.
There are no changes to the terms of your current loans, and you will continue to make payments the same way you currently do. And if you need a new loan, let's chat.
