Important Updates to Your Banking Products and Services
Checking and Savings Accounts
Your accounts are now Bank of Missouri accounts. The Welcome Kit we mailed shared your new account product names and details. Unless you have been notified otherwise, your account number(s) remain the same.
Continue to use your existing checks. If you purchase checks outside of the bank, the next time you order, give them the new bank routing number (081903867). If your account number changed and you order checks from a third-party, you will need to provide them your new account number.
Accounts that have Overdraft Protection with Bank of Bolivar/BOB Community Financial have Bounce Protection with The Bank of Missouri. Account holders who have opted in for ATM and one-time point-of-sale debit card transactions are opted in at the Bank of Missouri. If you have direct deposits of payroll or social security payments, they will continue to be deposited into your Bank of Missouri account. You may be asked by the direct deposit originator to provide the new bank routing number (081903867).
Your new Bank of Missouri Mastercard® Debit/ATM Card has been mailed.
Begin using your new Bank of Missouri Debit Card Monday, Aug. 10.
Follow these steps to activate your card and set your PIN:
- Call 1-888-627-6799
- Press Option 2 for Card Services
- Then, press Option 1 to activate your card
- Last, press Option 2 to set your PIN
If all lines are busy due to high call volume, you will be transferred to a specialist who can assist in card activation.
You may also use Online Banking to activate your card. After logging in, choose Options and then ATM/Debit Card. From there, choose which card you want to activate. To set your PIN after activating your card, call 1-888-891-2435. You’ll hear the greeting “Thank you for calling PIN Now”.
After activating your new card, be sure to update your card number and expiration with any merchants where you’ve saved your card.
If you have recurring payments tied to your debit card, rather than your checking account, remember to update your card details with your payees.

Begin using The Bank of Missouri’s Online Banking, BillPay, and mobile app on Monday, Aug. 10.
To log in the first time, enter your current username and the last four digits of your social security number as the password. You can log in on this site or in the mobile banking app. Your username is the same username, unless you have been contacted otherwise.

Online Bill Payments
Your payees and payment history carries over to The Bank of Missouri.
Begin using BillPay at The Bank of Missouri on Aug. 10.
If you used automatic transfers between two Bank of Bolivar accounts, please log in to confirm they remain in place. Most transfers carry over, but some will need to be set up again. Recurring payments you have set up also carry over. We recommend you confirm they are correct.
Not currently using BillPay? Sign up within Online Banking on the website. It's the fast, convenient way to pay bills!

Online Banking users can receive statements faster and save on paper clutter with electronic statements. To sign up, log in to Online Banking and visit the E-Documents tab.
If you received electronic statements at Bank of Bolivar/BOB Community Financial, you will need to enroll in order to continue receiving them at The Bank of Missouri. Once you are set up in The Bank of Missouri’s Online Banking, visit the E-Documents tab to enroll your account(s).
Your new Bank of Missouri statements will be mailed to you unless you sign up for electronic statements.
Certificates of Deposit (CD)
Your existing CDs retain your current interest rates. At maturity, you will receive a notice with the new terms and rates. See current Bank of Missouri rates >>
You retain your current interest rates on existing IRA CDs. At maturity you will receive a notice informing you of the new terms and interest rate. Eligible contributions can be made into existing IRA CDs at maturity or by depositing into a new IRA CD term currently being offered.
