Lost or Stolen ATM/Debit Card

If You Have Lost or Had Your Debit/ATM Card Stolen, You Have Options on What to Do.

If you have lost and/or had your debit/ATM card stolen, there are three methods to notify The Bank of Missouri to have the card "hot carded" so that no one can use it. Please choose the method that is most convenient for you.

(1) Anytime Access - Call toll-free at 1-888-627-6799 or local 547-6552 (in Perryville) and 335-5646 (Cape/Jackson). Select option 2 to report a lost or stolen debit card.

(2) Netteller on-line banking application - Log into your Internet Banking account. Under Options - ATM/Debit Card select the card you need "hot carded."

(3) Contact the bank directly - Dial the main bank number for your area and speak to a financial services consultants. They can "hot card" the card for you. If it is after banking hours, you will be prompted for a number to press to report a lost or stolen card. A bank representative will return your call to confirm the action.
